Our design / build team includes our architects, interior designers, civil and land planners, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers and Ecclesia as the team leader. We oversee each team member, assisting in details and steering the design to do two things: 1) meet the design criteria desired by the client and 2) meet the required budget so that when the design is complete the budget has been verified and we are ready for permitting and construction without the wasted time of redesign based on the budget.  Having the entire team working together from the beginning allows for the design to include all elements that the client desires with the input from the contractor on cost and schedule activities.
