5,000 SQ FT OF SPACE

Ecclesia Construction bought and renovated this historic building in downtown Rock Hill to house its corporate oces. Project included reuse and restoration of weathered wood for interior doors and refinishing the original concrete floor to reveal the patina of use and wear it acquired over the course of its many years bearing witness to the life of the Rock Hill community. The project was completed in 2018 and was recognized as the winner of the 2018 Historic Rock Hill Preservation Award.
