Mr. Whittle has 24 years of construction management experience as a senior project manager. business developer, VP of Operations and as an Owner. He executes and
oversees all responsibilities relating to pre-construction services, including conceptual and final budget preparation, design coordination/interaction with the team as well as project management. Jeff is President of Ecclesia Missions, President of the Harold C. Smith Foundation in New York City, NY and the former Vice Chairman of The ROC Board
in Rock Hill, SC. Jeff spends time discipling several men and couples and partners with Central Christian Church of Guatemala in outreach efforts to the children of many villages throughout Guatemala. Jeff is married and has five children.
JOHN HALEY
VICE PRESIDENT / PARTNER
Mr. Haley leads the operations of Ecclesia Construction. He manages the financial well-being of the various projects under construction, handles day-to-day operations, and serves in a hands-on role in nearly every aspect of construction management. He is a member at Arnot & Haley, PLLC which serves non-profits as they pursue Christ-centered missions. John is married and has three children.
GARY HOWELL
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Howell owned his own construction company and worked in the construction field for most of his adult life until joining Ecclesia in 2012. He has successfully completed Ecclesia projects including Transformation Church, New Charlotte Church, Sid Roth Ministries, and many more. Mr. Howell is also the pastor of Calvary Chapel, located in Fort Mill, SC. He started and has led the church since its inception a decade ago.

Mr. Stratos spent his career facilitating the growth of the Charlotte Region’s manufacturing and commercial business sectors through regional and local economic development and private sector business development efforts. His focus at Ecclesia is to help our firm engage and reach out to the broader communities we serve through the region’s real estate, business, and international community.

MINISTRY STRATEGIST
Tim Jordan grew up in Gastonia, NC and raised to believe that we’re all here for a purpose to be lived out honoring God and others. Tim’s life experiences and education provide him basis from which to serve.
During the last 45 years, Tim has expertise in engineering related to building design and layout, space planning, and strategic operations. Also, during that time, he served in the church teaching classes from Toddlers to Senior Adults, as well as being a Deacon, Elder, Clerk of Session and now Ordained as an Executive Pastor. Tim has many years’ experience specifically related to church Operations, Finance, space usage and design, traffic flow, security and safety, etc.
